I am highly satisfied with my experience in the nuneaton dreams. Ryan the assistant manager was fantasic from start to finish. He made me a lovely cup of tea. I purchased a lovely bed with the help and advice that Ryan gave me and grateful to him for this. Overall this experience was wonderful and will be buying my next bed from Dreams.

Jon who served us left us alone to choose a mattress after giving us advice about the mattresses, he did not pounce on us when we walked into the shop and did not pressure us at all.

The staff left us to look around at our leisure after they asked us if we needed any help we said we are just looking but when we found the items we were interested in we found the sales team very helpful and any questions we had the answers given were very helpful very good on their response and freindliness and not pushy at all you've got one good sales team
