Extremely easy to deal with the sales guy. The price could always be better but an easy experience.

John was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of time to shop at our own pace.

Mark in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail which actually made us realize we had a made a decision about a mattress that might not be best. If he hadn't of helped we would of bought something that wasn't suitable at all so thank you very much.

Initially went with intention to buy a mattress but felt the offer's that Dreams had on a new bed was leading us to an upgrade and with the help of the store assistant and his knowledge we decided that it would be money well spent and given the option of 0% intrest softened the blow of what would have been a sting that we simply could not take. As a returning customer I am very pleased with the service that Dreams give in particular our local store in Nuneaton. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful stuff, good assortment

John and Mark were very helpful and very willingly swapped mattresses and bed bases as we requested until we found the combination that we liked the best.

The assistant was not at all pushy, And moved mattress onto different bed bases so we could find our perfect combination. Really pleased with our purchase.

We were very satisfied with our visit to dreams. Mark helped us a lot and was very easy to talk to, he understood both mine and my partners needs and was able to assist you in choosing the right bed for us.
