Staff not pushy - easy to read displays

the assistant who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. he gave me time to look around freely but was there to answer any questions. he helped me to understand the different mattress types, sizes, deals, etc. and processed my order with no fuse at all. he also advised on delivery and set-up service for my flat located 100 miles away from the shop which I was delighted to take up, considering I wanted to purchase then and there. overall a great, friendly and quick service!

When I entered the store I was approached straight away and asked if I required any assistance, after giving a vague explanation of what I was after, your colleague was able to point me in the direction of what I was after. He was very friendly and reassuring while still being professional.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Explained my situation to the sales guy and he was very helpful in helping me to select the right product. Overall quick and easy experience no pressure and good product knowledge shown from staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I found that the service and help with my interest in purchasing a bed at dreams was fantastic and of the best value , knowing that I were certain of wanting to purchase my new bed and accessories at dreams only I was welcomed with a professional helpful approach without being uncomfortable or pushy. I found that both Matt and John had fabulous attention to detail and product knowledge on all items on the store, I in particularly found helpful were there interest in what I wanted from my new bed and what was tailored to suit my needs, having lay on many matresses Matt even went out of his way to recommend a type that I had had explained for my lower back discomfort. I were extremely pleased with the whole experience and the package I'd selected all together including the tempur pillow which is above my expectations , also the delivery men were very efficient , no mess very friendly.
