we were served by John at the Nuneaton branch and found his vast knowledge very helpful in choosing our final purchase, there was no pressure to buy and we left feeling that we had received a first class service. Hoping that the rest of the service continues, highly recommended.

We went into the store and walked around without any pressure from the sales team. We found what we wanted and then approached the sales team who were very friendly and got everything sorted within tem minutes. Excellent customer service!!

The product I bought was exactly what I was looking for and it had been significantly reduced, and the delivery date was agreed with myself before leaving the store...

Well laid out store, Matt (sales person) friendly approach explained the differences in the beds, the difference in the springs, memory foam, acti K etc very knowledgable in the products but not pushy or over bearing as some sales people are. Retreated to allow us time to think and discuss but seemed to instinctively know when we needed him to return to answer further questions. Order and finance dealt with with ease and efficiency .
