Really Good Customer Service only down side is the store is a little outdated.

john was very understanding of our requirements for a mattress, He gave us a good choice and a cup of coffee, he was not at all pushy and was able to meet our request for a specific delivery day. exactly what I want from a purchasing experience, many thanks

We knew what we were looking for when we went into the store and the staff took us directly to the product and were most helpful in describing the difference between the firmness of each mattress and we had ample time to test each mattress before deciding which one we wanted.

We were looking for a new mattress and when we told Ryan we were looking for one with a memory foam topper he recommended a few to try and then he came back to provide more details and assistance .. I liked that because I didn't feel pressured into buying

We were very satisfied with the assistant in the shop, his name was Ryan and he was very informative in terms of our options and helping us choose the right mattress for us! We were also made to feel very welcome and we're given a nice cup of tea.

Easy none pushy sale

We went in and we were advised on where everything was and what we should do to find the right bed for our needs, John was very helpful and friendly and had a good product knowledge. The tea was very welcome as it was cold outside. i am looking forward o sleeping on my new bed.

All we asked about the different grades of beds was explained in full and with John who looked after us nothing was any trouble at all. It made what is normally a difficult decision quite an easy one .

Ryan was very helpful and even though we didnt think we could get a mattress within our budget he managed to arrange us having an ex display one so that we coukd get one within budget.

John was very helpful & polite with very good knowledge of products
