From the moment I walked into your store I was able to view the products on display in a very calm, relaxed environment. This may not seem unusual to you, but.....I hate shopping! The thought of having to look for s new mattress caused me much anxiety/stress! Your store was my second attempt at buying a new mattress - the first 'try' was stressful, frustrating and fruitless! I left after 20 minutes and promised myself I would not be visiting 'them' again!!!! Visiting your store was a very positive experience and I will return. We were made very welcome and showed to the sort of mattresses that we were looking for. We were given time to consider on our own before making up our minds.

As soon as we walked into the Nuneaton Branch, we received a very warm welcome and followed by the offer of a cup of tea or coffee. They allowed us to browse around the shop, and offered assistance if required. We were assisted by John, he was a very cheerful and helpful man, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend dreams to whoever wants good service with good assistance.

your assisant john in the nuneaton branch was very helpfull and gave us helpful knowledge as both myslef and husband have different needs to sleep at night thats why we went for the memory foam matteress and knowing we could change in 6 weeks if not satisfied is an add bonus
