Both of the men working in the store were incredibly helpful. They both allowed us to brows the products available and were not in the slightest bit pushy. They both had fantastic knowledge of the products available and knew the answers to all of our questions. We will be going back when our daughter is ready to move into a bed. John even made my husband a cup of tea which he was more than happy about (he loves a nice cuppa). We were really happy and left feeling like we had got what we wanted even if we did spend more than we wanted to :)

Matt was very knowledgeable & advised us on appropriate products eg mattress protector "in case waters break" and insurance for bed / mattress just in case. Also impressed that you can change your mind if you don't like the mattress and try another.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome and allowed to have privacy whilst looking around knowing that someone was nearby to answer questions. We were not only invited to "try" several beds but were also offered a hot drink whilst we did so. Once we had made our decision the friendly assistant sat us at a desk whilst he placed our order and made sure he had every detail correct as to what we wanted and made the whole process a lovely experience.

Excellent customer service by a highly competent employee who did everything to anticipate and meet our needs.

The quality of the products and the service were great

Served and assisted by John. He listened to our requirements, problem with our current mattress (purchased from elsewhere) and how we can avoid such issues in the future. Showed us a range of mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try, discuss and choose our new mattress. Approachable, friendly manner who listened and provided a great service. Even provided coffees!

Put at ease immeadatly by store manager to ensure we buying what we req,and not put under pressure in any way to purchase what the store wanted to sell.

The shop was easy to visit, help was readily available and offered but never intrusive or persuasive. The assistant was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. I felt he helped me make a correct decision without ever rushing or pressurising me.
