John the assistant was very friendly and helpful, explaining the benefits of the different beds and looking into the options of headboard choice as we have chosen a 4foot bed the options were a bit limited on the headboard, also the delivery time of 6 weeks is very disappointing. This of course is nothing John could do anything about but we had hoped to receive delivery in say 2 - 3 weeks max.

The adviser John was very helpful and guided me through the different types of mattress, without him explaining what the different types and benefits were I could have choose the wrong one. Really friendly and what was really nice was he was not a cheesy pushy salesman which would have put me off. Nuneaton store really friendly, nice atmosphere

Due to my wife having a total hip replacement procedure, I needed a softer mattress (existing one No. 1 firm orthopedic - too hard ) The mattress I originally wanted had a 9 week waiting period. Could'nt wait that long. Your salesman, Jon Beddows, helped & advised me on an alternative product which could be delivered within 4 days.

John Bedwell was the assistant he was very helpful and devoted is time with us from start to end, he made a great cup of tea.

The sales staff at Dreams in Nuneaton are efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable regarding the products. They made shopping there a pleasurable experience.

The member of staff was very informative and helpful, allowing us to understand in easier terms - and locate - what we needed. He was also very friendly, showing a genuine interest in our needs and personal situation and offering his own opinion/advice throughout.

Matt the manager was very helpful, explaining the difference to us between the different types of mattresses and pillows available. He wasn't biased to any particular product and listened to the issues we have with our current mattress and pillows and based this information on which products would be suitable for us both. He didn't rush us to make a decision and told us to lie how we would at home to see how the mattress felt rather than just lying on our backs. He gave us time alone to discuss what we wanted to do. He explained the 6 week customer satisfaction policy and said not to worry about bringing anything back if we needed to.

We were allowed too look without being pestered by the sales staff and then when we needed help the store manager was very helpful and friendly and made us fell at ease
