Rob and David were excellent. Myself my wife and son arrived and were welcomed very promptly and rob explained how a bed device would tell us the best mattress. Rob then proceeded to show us all the different beds and provided great knowledge on the beds and also did an amazing job with our over energetic son. He was very aware of my wife's needs being pregnant and assisted her needs as well. Once we found a bed and mattress combination we were happy with Rob and David told us how we could save money and discussed all the options for what we could have. They discussed removing our current bed and days we could receive our new bed. We were shown many different options and both were very understanding and knowledgable of the products and our needs. Rob offered my son crayons to color in during his stay which helped us while discussing the terms and conditions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed and they even gave us pillows worth £60 on top for no extra cost. Great service from all. Very happy customers.
