The staffs, Diane and Tony are very friendly, accomodating and courteous. The products we've purchased/ordered are my husband's long dream specially the tempur mattress and pillows. The prices are very affordable and good prices.

The assistant was knowledgeable and she also gave us great level of choices but at the same time also allowed us time alone to discuss our options. Explained all items / products very well

Better quality mattresses

Very satisfied with the time spent with me explaining the type of mattress which was best for my arthritis. The salesman was very helpful and explained the mattress for my condition.

Diane at the Royal Quays store was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was due to her help that we bought our new bed, matress and pillows from Dreams instead of walking out of the stire and looking at other stores. assistant was very friendly and helpful. We were assessed for the type of mattress which would suit us and then shown a variety of matresses to suit our needs with no hurry, we were allowed to take as long as we needed. The process of placing the order was uncomplicated and efficient.

Tony was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had been in earlier to look at beds and came back this time to make a final selection. He established what we needed and advised us on options for the best bed for us.

I pre-booked my visit and a member of Dreams staff was ready and waiting for me. They asked all the appropriate questions and used the special bed scanner with to find the best mattress for my back issues. They respected my budget, offered me coffee and were really engaging and polite.
