The sales person could immediately show us the range available for our needs. He was very professional and answered all our questions with no hesitation. Once we decided what we were going to buy the sale was put through quickly and we were given a 10 day delivery date so was very happy.

I liked the way I was scanned to find the right mattress for me and then the choice of mattresses, all I like the choice of beds, only fault for me was the one that I chose originally was out of stock, so the wait would have been to long, otherwise it was a very good experience

from stepping into shop, staff greeted my partner and I and the assistant was so helpfull, knowledgeable and informative. Our tour of the shop floor looking at mattresses, then using the sleep mattress machine that gives idea what sort of mattress would suit us was a good experience and helped very much in choosing correct mattress.
