Royal Quays Store. Chelsey was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions, gave me good advice, was very friendly and pleasant. Haven’t had my bed delivered yet, at this moment would certainly return to the store in future, and recommend to my family and friends.

As with our previous visit your member of staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She seemed proud to be working for your company and very happy of the support given to staff during the recent period of pandemic related difficulties. Well done Dreams for valuing your workforce as they do reflect this positive attitude to us customers. If we need to return for more beds your shop will be the first port of call.

The assistant, Tony, listened carefully to my requirements and put my details into a machine to analyse them for the most suitable mattress for me. He then showed me the ideal mattress which happened to be over half the original price! It was more than I had intended to spend, but the quality decided me to go ahead. I was particularly impressed by the fact that you RECYCLE old mattresses instead of sending them to landfill and that for a modest fee the delivery men would put my old one in a green bag with which I was provided, put the new one unwrapped on my bed and take the old one away with them. I am 82 with considerable mobility problems, so this was an essential service for me.

Although all the team were very busy changing a few things around in the store, Diane noticed my arrival immediately and came to greet me. She was cheerful and polite and offered to help me. Her competence and expertise was very apparent as she showed me the products I was interested in. She demonstrated the movement of the adjustable bed and and even allowed me to test the mattress I'd chosen. She spent a fair amount of time with me and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision. I was happy and confident to go ahead and make the purchase. The store itself was bright and clean and hand sanitiser was available as well as bottled water. Excellent service, great place to buy a bed.
