Maybe a few more mattresses in a variety of price ranges would have been good to try.

1st visit very good, 2nd visit not so much. When trying to place order computer system crashed twice , it seemed to take an absolute age to complete my order having to repeat the same information 3 times

We could get the mattress within a week but bed base it's nearly 6 weeks

IM NOT EASILY PLEASED

There was no local store in my town and I was required to travel a very long distance for the opportunity to use the sleepmatch machine in helping me choose a mattress. The staff member Tony was very patient with me. However I found the price quote high for the product I purchased.

There was nothing hugely special about it, however the lady who served us (Chelsea) was very friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred the price to be a little lower but other than that I was very satisfied. The staff were attentive without being imposing. I would recommend the shop at everyone I know.
