Tony who assisted us was very knowledgable and helped us to choose a mattress specific to our needs whilst giving us different price options without being pushy on sale

Marie Murphy was great,she made sure she understood our needs 1st then gave us a range of options. Shopping with a 4&5 year old can be difficult but they were kept occupied with colouring and “helping” another colleague

Ann-Marie's knowledge was excellent and was willing to spend the time while we tried various beds

The staff were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Parking at Royal Quays shopping outlet is very easy and the store is clean and easily accessible.

It was particularly useful that she had been to Flaxby and seen the mattresses being made and was so enthusiastic about the hand-made construction we chose. She made our visit enjoyable and informative.

We were able to try many beds with the assistant listening to our problems of how we cant sleep.

The salesperson we had, Marie, was very helpful.
