We were not pressured into buying anything we did not want. The sales lady was knowledgeable when we asked questions. The mattress was delivered today right on time even in dreadful weather conditions, delivery men were helpful and polite, very satisfied overall.

As soon as we walked through the door Tony let us know that he was there to help but in no way one of those pushy sales men. When he saw us looking confused he came over and was able to take us through the bed buying process step by step. He was great! We took the information away to think about and in no way was he heavy sell. When we returned a couple of hours later he was efficient and we were done in 10 minutes.

The sales person was very friendly and welcomed me and my family personally. He discussed all the products we were interested in and even showed us other options to chose from. Then we sat down with a fresh coffee to order my new bed and mattress and the whole procedure was effortless. I felt like I was chatting to a friend!

We bought a mattress which the sales person had himself,he was very knowledgable about the product.

The assistant, Tony, was very helpful and gave a comprehensive breakdown of deals etc

Assistant not pushy but was there to help new what's she was talking about, this always helps you to make up your mind. Assistant helped us to find what we where looking for not the dearest in the store which you get from most assistants. This in my book goes a long way. It was a pleasure to shop in your store.

The assistant was very helpful with our visit to this store . Very efficient

Staff were very friendly and knowlegable. Staff fussed over our children (6 and 10 months). We were shown and allowed to try all options and then given time to consider what was right. We were also given a coffee and our son spent time colouring.
