His helpfulness, his knowledge given to inform but not bias, the time he took with us to explain items and also his willingness to impart views and suggestions Tony is an exemplary member of staff who made a difficult process and decision much easier removing stress and directing us in our thinking. The lady who served us was incredibly friendly and conscientious. She made myself and my wife feel very welcome, and also offered us bottled water as it was quite warm and stuffy.
