I walked into the store at the Royal Quays and saw one of the beds I was checking straight away and was greeted by Dawn who showed me where the other bed I wanted to view was. Dawn then proceeded to tell me all of the features on the beds and additional extras I could consider. I explained the layout of the room the bed would be going in and with help from Dawn, I was able to make a decision and arrange for the finance on the bed to allow me to make the purchase that day. I was also informed if any changes were needed to be made (delivery date/address etc.) that I would be welcome back to the store and they would assist me with Customer Services to get this arranged.

Dawn, the assistant was brilliant and helped us to find the mattress we needed. We went into the store on a bit of a whim but the she was so warm and welcoming and really helped us find exactly what we needed.

No hard sell & the assistant (Dawn) could not have been more helpful.

The assistant knew exactly what we were looking for in fact the bed we chose was a one he was very familiar with which reassured us we have made the right choice. Now looking forward to a delivery date.

We had aexcellent service from Anne Marie at the Royal Quays where it was easy to park and the store itself is very inviting , clean and beds are well displayed. We were given a warm welcome and no hard sell technique. Anne Marie had very good knowledge and was able to answe all our questions. I really appreciated the way she never pressured us to buy but just provided quality service and information about the various mattresses.

Tony greated us and allowed us to look around then approached us and discussed the bed, the different types of bases available. What best suited are needs. He was friendly and helpful.
