Staff were very friendly (Royal Quays, North Shields, Maria) Customer service was excellent from order to delivery The contact around delivery updates was excellent

Annmarie listened to our needs and fully undetstood she was knowlegeble and knew her products. A very nice lady who made it clear our custom was appreciated. She showed empathy to me when i explained that i was going through chemotherapy and made sure i was comfortable during my visit.

Excellent service & knowledge of products

I was highly satisfied because I have not purchased a new mattress for at least 15 years and was due to be replaced but had no idea where to start. I had shopped around online and had shopped around physically and with Dreams being my 3rd shop I still had no idea what I needed. The assistance off Ann Marie was great, she listened to what I had to say and advised on everything. I suffer with a bad back and shoulder pain and knowingly needing a new mattress I had no idea to get a firm one or a soft mattress and Ann Marie assisted with this. She showed me other examples within the store and took a great deal of time to explain everything in detail giving personal examples too. With this aside I felt the customer service was great as they listened, advised and showed examples everything a customer wants. I am happy with my purchase and can not wait till the end of the week to receive my new purchase and properly try the product out.

No pressure and helpful and knowledgeable staff who understood our needs

Ann Marie was very helpful both on the phone before we visited the store and during the visit. She offered refreshments which was a lovely gesture. Ann Marie showed us a range of products that were all suitable, no time was wasted on items that were not considered. The checkout process was handled efficiently and professionally. Ann Marie was friendly and knowledgeable throughout.

The member of staff was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to what we said and explained everything about the types of beds and drawers. Couldn't fault the at all and they helped us make our decision without putting any pressure on us. Just a nice down to earth guy that took the time to help us
