From being acknowledged as soon as we walked in by Ann-Marie, with a lovely polite manner. Her knowledge on mattresses to fit our needs was spot on. We were made to feel welcome from our first step through the door. 🙂 We were also in conversation with another lady at the store (cant remember the ladies name, long dark hair) anf again this lady and her customer service was so welcoming. Two members of staff that made our bed hunting experiance easy, quick, and very painless. We had already purchased a bed from bensons the day before.. and after seeing a bed i liked online at dreams we decided to call in store, Ann-Marie was very patient with us while we cancelled our previous order so we could make a purchase at Dreams. I think if the service from the staff had not been as good as it was, we would most likely have been sticking with the bed we had previously ordered. These ladies 100% made our bed hunting quick and easy. Thankyou Ann-marie

The assistant Dawn in the store was very very helpful knowledgeable and couldn’t have been any more patient with us she was very friendly and took the time to explain all the different mattresses types as I have a bad neck and have been looking for the past 10 months for a suitable mattress
