Tony was amazing! He listened to me as soon as I came in (I knew the bed I wanted) spent time explaining the benefits of the bed. He took me through the mattress matcher is a really professional yet light hearted manor. I'm over the moon with my new bed, I can't wait to finally have a mattress that supports my back! A big thank you from me and my back Tony :D

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Whilst my wife and I were being dealt with to help find a suitable mattress other staff very kindly looked after our two boys helping them colour in and play with balloons.

Marie from the royal quays, North Shields branch was excellent from start to finish. We were initially just looking but walked out having bought a bed and mattress for excellent value. The machine used to measure our ideal comfort level was really interesting and explained with enthusiasm and corporate knowledge. Marie was a perfect salesperson- Highly knowledgable, professionable and personable. The only issue was a long delay in setting up the finance, due to your partner finance company having heavy traffic. That said, Marie and the store manager (equally as excellent) happily stayed 20 minutes after closing time to ensure we finished the transaction.
