Approachable staff, didn’t have the product we were looking for but did advise which sites would have. Went through all products which were suitable for us. No hard sell which puts me off immediately. Easy to arrange suitable delivery date.

Tony was very helpful and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We used the bed that matched how you sleep to the bed, which was very useful. It was a quick process and he made me and my husband feel comfortable and relaxed.
