The staff at the Royal Quays shop were so pleasant! They really made us laugh! We found exactly the bed we were looking for. They were the right amount of helpful without pestering us too much because we pretty much already had in mind what we were looking for. They didn't try to upsell too much but we still walked away with an extra mattress protector, pillow, and a duvet (which we weren't planning on buying) so they were obviously doing their job right. Very pleased. Positive experience all around and compared to other retailers, the delivery time was much quicker.
