Dreams - Newcastle

Got everything I wanted very quickly, & a delivery date which I had asked for.

Buying a mattress is very difficult but very important to get right. We went into Dreams, we were greeted, we explained what we needed and the assistant suggested we try their machine which assesses your body profile while lying on a bed and cleverly recommends the best mattresses for your needs! That narrowed down the amount we looked at and the assistant (Tony) showed us the recommended mattresses, letting us try them and recommending new pillows for my neck problems too. It was the easiest mattresses shopping we have ever done! One shop stop, perfect!

We spotted a bed through the window as we walked passed so went in for a look a lovely lady welcomed us after me and the husband trying bed the lady brought us two pillows to get a proper feel so we bought the bed just what we were after

Assistant was very helpful

We just found what I we needed straight away and the assistant was quick to help us.

In store staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Knowledge of the product range was fantastic and they spent the time with us to ensure we received a product that suited our needs. There was no pressure to complete the sale, and we left very satisfied

I had two years old with me and Diane settled her down great when we were on the bed and most helpful in choosing the wright bed .

Diane was very friendly and professional. We just went for a look and ended up buying our new mattress there and then! Brilliant staff, very knowledgable! Thank you so much

The salesman was very helpful and explained all questions in depth
