Dreams - Newcastle

I was approached about the purpose of my visit. I was asked if i wanted some helpful analysis by way of a software solution which recommended a selection of mattresses. I tried about 6 and was given information about them to understand the pros and cons. After deciding the assistant was helpful regarding ancillary products without being pushy. Without being rushed i made a decision and this was processed with the minimum of fuss. After i was assisted to the car with some extras i purchased.

It was a streamlined service, no hitches, we were kept informed at all times, I would recommend Dreams to family and friends

Was offered assistance very quickly in the store, was given all the info i needed to help me decide on my purchase. Employee was very helpful when helping me make my purchase and let me know everything i needed.

We were attended to by Diane at your Royal Quays store. Diane was very knowledgable, friendly and at no time did we feel under pressure for her time or to purchase.

From walking into the shop to being attended to was very good the sales assistant was good not to pushy and knew what he was talking about and steered us in the right direction for our needs

Tony the assistant was very pro active and advised on a few things I hadn’t thought off. I would definitely use Dreams again.

I was greeted by Chelsea and Diane. Very friendly. I was given water & was also offered a hot drink. No pressure to order. I was given all the information possible to help with my selection. I would definitely go back.

Friendly staff- available to help where needed but not overbearing. Tony was particularly helpful.
