We went to the store not sure what we were going to buy but the assistant was very good at explaining the difference between the various types of mattresses and encouraged us to try them out. She was very friendly and efficient.

Amazing service, we got to use the machine which helped narrow down our selection - staff member was brilliant, didn’t try to sell us the most expensive item - only concern was for our satisfaction!

Diane was very knowledgeable and friendly. She wasn't pushy and was very approachable.

The bed we wanted to see was in stock, they were able to recommend a suitable mattress and discuss payment options with us, all very pleasant and easy and can’t wait to get our new bed!
