Very satisfied, they left us to look at beds then when we needed help they answered all questions and helped us test the mattresses and find our perfect one. Very much looking forward to it being delivered. They also offered us drinks whilst we were there.

I bought my King size bed, mattress and 3 bedside tables in Dreams Newbury on Jan 14th and I was highly impressed with the service by Craig ! So I returned to the store this week on 17th May to buy my double spare bed. Once again I was served by Craig and I found exactly what I wanted ! Its very impressive service at the Newbury store thank you

All done by phone on my Father’s behalf we both h spoke to Stephanie who could not have been more helpful or more questions pleasant

Craig was very helpful giving us information about how easy the beds were to put together etc that wasn't available on signs etc and explaining all the options for storage and thinking about other beds that might have met our needs.

So much less stressful than I imagined. Craig was friendly, very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. The mattress computer was a revelation and made it so easy to choose a new mattress.

The staff member Bethany I had was extremely polite and helpful , she made our transaction smooth and a pleasant experience.
