Gina, the assistant, dedicated her time to find my disabled father his perfect bed. She helped him on and off the bed whilst he was getting a feel for the bed options the sleep match machine recommended. She really took the time to explain the different options which gave my father and I greater understanding of what was best for him. We also needed the bed the following week which Gina politely said most likely they could not offer. However Gina was very helpful and found a way to get a bed delivered the following week! She has great customer service and I will be coming back again in the near future to buy my own bed. Thanks Gina!

The assistance was there immediately, Gina was very friendly and helpful. There was only one item available for what we were looking for but as it was what we were looking for we were satisfied. Store clean and all safety measures in place. Very pleased with the delivery date. Would recommend.
