We made our first visit in Mar to get some brief idea, Nandita was very helpful and explained everything we needed, even we did not make any purchase. We decided to make the purchase in May, Nandita helped us again. She gave us sufficient time to try, and again clearly explained everything I needed. The overall experience is excellent.

We could use the mattress matching technology to find out best type of mattress for us. Laura and her colleagues took good care of us, being friendly and knowledgeable. Despite us taking time, they were patient with us and could cross sell effectively

I also tried the sleep match machine, which I must say is a brilliant asset to your stores . Laura mentioned that she recently transferred from Bournemouth to London, which is Bournemouth's loss and London's gain. She is an asset to your company!

Gina was simply amazing. From the minute I stepped into the store, she came and introduced herself straight away and asked what I was looking for. Her product knowledge is extensive and she was so friendly. I even got a cup of tea. I can honestly say, this is the best customer service I have ever received. I came out of that shopping experience with more knowledge about sleep, mattress materials, how to take care of the products I purchased. Laura was also super helpful and gave great advice. Having both of them assist me was a pleasure and I can’t wait to return to this store.

I visited the store back in March and made some enquiries about purchasing a new bed and the staff where very helpful. With that in mind i went back in May and bought a new bed as i was impressed by the knowledge of the staff.
