Dreams - New Cross

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lady training and the other member of staff was very patient and worked as a team member. Staff very knowledgeable and nothing was to much and it didn’t matter how long we took to decide and going from one mattress to another they were there to help and that really came across.

The staff were very friendly and respectful, Gina who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice of mattress. After visiting earlier on in the day, we went home done some research discussed what was presented to us and returned later the same day and purchased the mattress. Just want to add that our previous mattress was purchased at John Lewis and cost us twice as much, although their customer service was good, the products were inferior and certainly not worth what we paid for. We would certainly return again and highly recommend to all our family and friends Dreams in New Cross.

Nandita was great help, showed us the Dreams system and the various recommendations that came from it as well as others we asked about. Explained the differences, prices, etc. and was more than friendly and supportive during our visit

The attention and customer service amazing

Assistant was very helpful and gave good advice and demonstrations allowing me to find what was right for me. One of the best experiences I've had with an assistant in a shop!

I was assisted by Ayse in dreams new cross and was extremely pleased with her customer service. I was easily able to find all of the products that I was looking for rather than having to look around aimlessly. Highly recommended store! Thank you Ayse :)
