The staff were incredibly helpful, one of the lovely women serving us was on her second day there. The manager supported her and was providing quality training. The manager was extremely knowledgeable, she asked us all our needs and preferences and showed us options that met those needs. My husband and I had a really enjoyable experience buying a new bed and we can thank the lovely staff at Dreams New Cross!

I could find my kind of bed that I need in 15 minutes. It was a peace of mind for me.

The lady who assisted me ( Nantinda) was very knowledgeable, she gave good time and really helped me to narrow my options
