The person that helped us was the best! She was really nice and responsive to our needs, but without being at all pushy. It felt like she was genuinely committed to making sure we found the best bed for us, which wasn't easy because my husband I are completely different sleepers. She was also super patient when we kept changing our minds about things and when answering all of our random questions.
