Customer service the best ever got all my questions answered with a friendly smile and great knowledge from the beautiful lady who served my son and I

The product I wanted was on sale and I thought it very good value for money. The staff were helpful and the whole process was quick and simple. I am also thus far satisfied with the quality of the product and cannot make any comments re faults as of yet.

Stores like Dreams are goint to extinct. I rather buy something from a store where I can meet store assistants and ask them questions than buy online or ikea where the workers don't want to talk to customers. You can clearly see the difference.

Very informed and helpful sales assistant

Sales person was very helpful and friendly but not pushey, was able to answer all our questions.

The sales lady I dealt with was very helpful, patient and knowledgable, and did it all with a smile on her face.

I was easily cared for. I was allowed to ecplain what i was lookingfor and then given various different variations of my needs. I was then shown cost saving variations and was given explanations of how best this would satisfy my overall needs. My assistant regualrly helped me with understanding how best to lay down on the bed and find the best matress followed by finding the best structure for the bed itself, size of the bed and matress and also the capabilities of the beds structure. After all these issues were resolved and agreed upon, the agreement and organisation of payment was quickly taken care of (lasting probably around 10 minutes inicluding the repeat of sttements needed to be spokent back to the customer).

Gina and Juana provided excellent service and care throughout. They adapted really well to our budget once it emerged that the best fit was more than we'd able to spend and we were very happy overall with the whole experience.

Came to shop with no knowledge of what we wanted but left satisfied and happy with what we got.
