The staff were very friendly and attentive, Gina was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very efficient in getting or order put through and a date for delivery. Great experience at the dreams new cross branch, only popped in to have a look but found exactly what we wanted.

Since we are the first time to visit Dreams, and the staff Ericka introduce each mattress for us and help us to make a test and recommended the medium mattress suitable to us. At the begining we are looking for firm matress which is more supportive , but after Ericka explanation and we try on around 20 mattress, finally we make a decision to pick the one with medium support that she introduce to us. It was a very great experience.

It was so simple We were greeted within seconds by a friendly staff member who took us straight to the single beds that we came in to see. She was informative but also kind and friendly to our children. We all felt very looked after.
