The service we received was excellent, we were greeted at the door and immediately offered assistance. We were then given space to view the products without advisers hovering. COVID-19 measures were followed and everything felt clean without being clinical or overbearing. Dionne who placed our order for use was very helpful advising on the product but also figuring out the details with our finances and deliveries etc. which were more complicated due to our house move. Overall very happy and excited to get our new sofa!
