The lady was warm, friendly yet professional and knowledgeable of the product in question. She listened to my questions and made me feel assured that I was talking to an expert. Polite professional and effective in all she did throughout the entire process.

I called about a order and spoke to Gina, I couldn’t of asked for a better sales advisor! She was amazing, and so friendly!!! She was just lush!!

I wasn't sure exactly what type of mattress I required, but I knew I wasn't keen on memory foam. I also wasn't sure about firmness requirements, due to severe arthritis from a car accident. I explained this to the very friendly and professional Lena at the New Cross branch, she listened, and then showed me three very different mattresses, explaining the differences and helping me settle on the mattress I ordered.

i was actually very impressed with the price, last time when i bought same sat of sofa from somewhere else , it costed me unbelievable price. but now i fall in love with the sofa as soon as i saw it and the price was unbelievable. it was my first time shopping from dream and I always will be shopping there from now and on.

The shop Assistant "Gina" was excellent in explaining everything in detail and in friendly manner from start to end. She gave me opportunity to test many mattresses. I ended up high-end matress but it is because I really liked it. Five star to Gina for excellent customer service.
