We were very satisfied with the experience we received at Dreams store. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Gina was exceptional in her knowledge about beds and was really helpful and friendly. She was very welcoming and patient.

Had a fantastic experience, from the Sleepmatch analysis to trying out multiple mattresses. Felt super comfortable during the process and the sales assistant did a really great job in guiding me. Very friendly and calming experience.

My partner and I were at our first time Mattress shopping and honestly could not have had a better more professional and friendly experience. We were greeted so kindly by Ericka and she really listened to us and helped us find our dream Mattress. We are so pleased with our order & our new bed frame!

Helpful staff, managed to track my previous order from over a 10 years ago to be able to recommend a similar product to my old mattress, which I prefer.

I was at the dreams store yesterday and the lady that served me was very professional and incredibly supportive. She answered all my questions and she helped me make the right choice of mattress. I ended up getting the right mattress which made me incredibly happy with the service she has provided.

Gina was our assistant, she was professional, happy, bubbly and knew her products. We enjoyed the experience of testing the mattresses to find a best using a special machine this was new and unique experience to us. We felt that we had her undivided attention, she was attentive and sympathetic to our needs. 10/10 customer service
