I called the telephone line, dropped my telephone accidentally. Your agent Gina - called me directly back thinking she had cut me off. What can I say, fantastic knowledge she was ordering a bed for my mum, (with my mum in the background) on speaker dial. Gina was very patient found exactly what mum was looking for, we ordered divan and headboard at a great price, even added on the insurance that I would not have known existed, if I hadn't spoke to someone on the telephone line. Fabulous service, Gina a great credit to your company.

Good evening, Your sales adviser Gina was outstanding. I had seen several other beds/mattresses online so that I could celebrate my 18th birthday with new bed and bedding! When I phoned your customer line just to get some more information about the Wilson ottoman bed and the Campbell mattress, Gina made me feel really comfortable. I wanted to think about things overnight - and Gina called me back the next day, when she said she would. I placed an order right away and now looking forward to my new birthday bedroom refurb!! I spoke to Gina last week asking advice in zip/lock beds/mattresses. She had great knowledge and was very patient. I called her back to place my order and again she was helpful and very patient.

Gina was fantastic from start to finish! Efficient, knowledgable, helpful and helped us to decide which mattress to get even though we were on the phone. Couldn’t praise her highly enough! I manage a service team myself and I was very impressed! You could tell she cares about her job and customer happiness! We also got a great deal on our bed and mattress and it was quicker delivery than we had thought!

The lady dealing with my order could not of been more helpful or friendly, considering covid and she was working alone in the office she really took her time to get to know me and what I wanted and help with every single step of my order. Can’t praise her enough, absolute credit to your company.

The customer service assistant was very friendly and helpful, when we asked for her opinion of one of the products she pointed us in the right direction. She was also very nice and good to chat to which we really valued.

Gina was so helpful and genuine. I had very specific requirements for what bed I wanted and she ran me through all the options and was happy to help even though some of my criteria was a bit awkward! Gina was very knowledgable and reassured me about buying a bed I have never seen due to lockdown. She was personable and made my purchase an enjoyable experience.

After lots of confusing searches online I contacted Dreams, desperate to find a mattress to help with my hip and shoulder problems.
