Dreams - New Cross

I was having problems with making my payment online so I rang up. I didn’t have to wait for long to speak to the correct person and she was so helpful and quick that my order was completed in less then 5 minutiae.

I used the web chat to start with and was out in touch with Gina. Gina was super helpful in advising me on products suitable for my mum who has only recently returned from hospital after having a stroke. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She allowed me time to think on some of the suggestions she made and provided greater explanation when needed. When I then decided to place the order I contacted Gina by phone and discussed my wishes with her. Overall it was a very pleasant ordering experience. My mum is looking forward to a good night sleep from next week!
