Dreams - New Cross

While looking for a bed I had searched several online stores and I found the description of items and quality of pictures to be better than the others. At the point I needed assistance, it came in timely and the assistant was patient with me when I was having trouble deciding between my last 2 options. She was also honest and considered my budget when suggesting items and value added services without any coercion.

The excellent customer service that I received from Lena was superb and second to none,Lena listened to me when I was explaining everything that I wanted and didn’t want,therefore I was very impressed and satisfied with everything and I’ve already recommending your store to my family and friends

Having been browsing online, I was promoted to use the sidebar chat to make further enquiries. The lady I was chatting with was completely professional and gave outstanding advice. I came away from the call greatly informed and very impressed with the sales representative, who kindly arranged to call me back in a few days. This period allowed me time to divulge and contemplate my possible purchase. One week later and Dreams have re-opened in Scotland. We tried the mattress in-store and it was everything that was described, so on the back of all correspondence I gladly contacted the online representative once more, this time to complete my order. I am to receive the new mattress next Tuesday. Outstanding service from the very beginning.

Phone operator listened to my needs and advised exactly what would be best and made sure I was getting the best value for money. She did not point out when I contradicted myself but rather took the information and recalibrated what I was needing and wanting. So, clever and kind.

Gina took my call. We had recently bought a bed from dreams for mum - my dad recently died - the service was fabulous, and he products of first class quality, as well as being stylish - hence why returned. Gina was wonderful. Asked me specific questions which indicated which mattress would be best for us, and when I told her what I was looking for in a bed frame, bearing in mind we needed the bed delivering on the 10th April, she immediately sent me a list of available mattresses & beds available to us. Gina is a credit to dreams, and we will definately recommend he service to all our family & friends.
