Rayanne took absolute care of us and helped my mother find a fantastic mattress and other products. We achieved our goal of buying my mother a mattress. So glad we came to the New Cross branch instead of Charlton.

Hygiene and protection was excellent. We were greeted at the door. Everything was explained about the mattress we chose. The bed was for my 97yr mother in law who found it difficult to get onto a bed, so a box was brought to make it easier for her. Apologies were made for not being able to offer us tea due to Covid but bottles of water were offered instead. Staff were knowledgeable about the products. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.
