LENA at New Cross Dreams (TKMaxx/Sainsbury Centre) is the best. So sweet, caring, thoughtful and helpful. She answered my many queries, sprayed every single bed I jumped on, was a DEAR. Please promote her and give her all the money. She was knowledgeable about the product, timing, and helped me pick out a nice pillow. I wish I needed another mattress so I could buy it from her :)

I received professional advice on what mattress to choose for me and my partner. We were measured by the machine to customize the mattress to our needs plus the salesperson gave us a description of each product we were testing. Staff members were friendly and highly strict about restrictions. Amazing service!

All the staff that assisted were excellent. I called to change my mind about having an old mattress taken away and Gina was lovely and helpful on the phone and sorted that. Also, the delivery guys were quick, professional and lovely. The covid rules were stuck to by all teams and the experience has just been great. The mattress arrived quickly and on time. I was given a lot of notice when it was going to be delivered etc. All excellent. Great service all round. You should be very proud of your team!!

Dalena has the patience of a saint. We tried so many mattresses and went back and tried them again, and again, while we decided. Her ability to maintain her composure, and not show any inkling of exasperation, was astounding - Olympic standard! She was incredibly helpful and attentive, but also gave us space to consider ourselves as well. Fabulous, friendly service.

I was meet by Gina at exactly the time my appointment was booked for. Gina then took us around listening to our needs and requirements and did not ever try to just sell us the dearest items.
