Gina was kind and understanding, I told her what I wanted and she tied her best and delivered I was very satisfied with what I ordered.

I placed my order over the phone AFTER a visit to a showroom where we used the sleep simulator to help us determine which mattress suited my husband and I. This have me the confidence to select a mattress online and complete my purchase online.

The customer service was amazing. The staff was very helpflull and answered all our questions. The staff had good knowledge on the company and products. Well explained the finance and even gave us options of different finance option.

Staff were pleasant and attentive. They answered any queries I had quickly and accurately. Appropriate COVID safety measures were in place.

We were seen to straight away. We had a bed in mind and was escorted to the exact bed so we could try out and giving all the information we needed about it and also about other beds the were similar. We were happy with the bed so went for it! The lady had to see another customer while we was looking at the bed and testing it! Another lady then came to check on us and was aware of the exact bed we was interested in and other items we had looked at. Asking us if we wanted to ask any questions regarding children’s beds as we was looking at those while in store. We then went ahead with our purchase and was given options of paying as we forgot our credit card. The lady was very kind and allowed us to pay a deposit and pay the remaining over the phone. The bed was on sale so we was very happy with the price. Have not bought from dreams before but would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!! Thankyou to the ladies in store at the new cross store!!
