Excellent customer service

The Sales Lady Gina was extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly, we actually went into the store on the Monday evening when she dealt with us and I returned on the Wednesday to make my purchase and Gina actually remembered me and that I had had my granddaughter with me previously. She made me feel at ease, as this was the first time I had shopped for a large item on my own. Thank you Gina.

We were seen straight away, had great customer service from Gina in New across branch. She knew her stuff! Was so informative, took onboard what we were after and what price bracket etc. Was also really helpful with keeping our toddler entertained whilst we tried out mattresses. Cleanliness and social distancing was well thought through, never felt uncomfortable or like we were any trouble even if it meant she had to anti-bac twice!

The service that I received over chat and the phone was absolutely fantastic. She was able to advise me on what mattress would be suitable for adults and able to hold off delivery for over a month.

The assistant was experienced and knowledgeable and therefore ensured we got the right mattress for our needs

The sales assistant tended to our need as soon as we stepped in the store. She was polite, friendly and made us feel confident with the choices we made because if her product knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for. We were shown many options and no corners were cut. Great service, thank you!!

Used the webchat option for advice and chatted with Rayanne who was really helpful and then called me to place my order

We visited the New Cross Gate store twice and on both occasions saw the same sales assistant. Nandita was helpful, knowledgable and courteous.

Our experience was faultless the sales assistant Medhi was extremely helpful and her product knowledge and professionalism were excellent she is a really good advert for how to look after a prospective customers and keep them, overall marks out of ten were 10/10. I would not hesitate to recommend dreams in New Cross as the staff in store are a credit to your company.

Gina was kind and understanding, I told her what I wanted and she tied her best and delivered I was very satisfied with what I ordered.
