Dreams - New Cross

Gina was looking after us! Her knowledge was unreal she knew what she was talking about, she was passionate about her work and making sure we were happy. Couldn’t do enough for us offering tea/coffee/water! When the other colleagues were making teas I was surprised as they asked us if we would like one aswell. Overall a lovely experience. Will be back to get my kids beds after the school holidays.

The staff were extremely friendly especially Nandita who was really helpful and courteous. We were allowed plenty of time to choose our prefered mattress and were given lots of help in choosing it.

The experience was very nice and smooth, the lady who helped us was very kind, and very patient in showing us around the showroom, as my parents were buying a new mattress in over 15 years, i would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends

Really helpful level of support from the assistant in the store - giving us plenty of information but also allowing us time to ourselves to try out each bed with plenty of time.

Erika was perfect. She gave us the info we wanted right away, and we placed an order within 15 minutes of walking in the store, was super quick and efficient.

The lady who helped me her name is Nandita, she was very helpful and polite she did great with service even though she was the only worker I saw in the store and I wasn’t the only customer there.

Offered help on entrance by friendly young lady called Laura. Given plenty of information about products. Offered refreshments. Shown sleep match to help choose correct product

I liked the bed that gave me an insight of what type of mattress I need. Erica, the sales assisant was very helpful , very polite, and made me feel at ease. I liked the way she walked around with me whilst I tried out the beds. At the desk, things were very quick, and free delivery on the day was great as it suited my needs perfectly.

I was taken through a procedure to know the best bed for me and the lady was top of explaining things vividly. I was very content. I would return for my furniture in the near future and recommended others to purchase.
