I had purchased a Bed & Mattress from Dreams previously and had the same Sales Assistant, Rayan. I found her to be very pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Because the assistant was very friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable I can’t remember her name, it was in the New Cross Gate Store, again very, very helpful, but not pushy, one of the best Customer service’s I’ve received

Great service the lady or shop assistant did get time to help me to choose or find best suitable mattress for me i went for one mattres for our house ended buy extra two mattres and two beds for back home all due Great customer service i received.

From the minute we stepped in to dreams, we were treated with respect and great service. Covid restrictions in place and we told the lady what we wanted and she beat our expectations. She gave us many options to choose from and was so patient as we tried out the beds and mattresses. It was overall a great service and wonderful experience. Especially when the machine was examining our bodies to see which mattress would suit myself and husband best.

Very informative member of the team helped us every step of the way. Very knowledgable. Really put us at ease and made the experience a pleasure.
