Great customer service and we did not feel rushed to makes our decision. The product knowledge was great and we were given loads of info and believe we were shown the best options to fit our needs

Was greeted by a friendly staff, who directed ùs at the right option which saved time in going through plenty of items on display. The staff were extremely patient while we made our choice which took us about 2hrs. We were taken care off during our visit. The coronaviruses precautions were taken including spraying everytime we tested mattresses. We had tested spme mattresses more then once and every time it was sprayed.

On entering the store with not much of an idea of what we were after, we were given an amazing in depth tour of everything we could possibly need to know about buying a bedframe and mattress. Our assistant, Gina, did a huge amount to make is comfortable while we looked about. We're were showed an amazing range of options, and Gina made sure we tried found something that was perfect for us. When we did find our perfect set-up, we saved over £700 pounds in offers, and was able to schedule delivery very quickly. Excellent service!

We were assisted by Gina at the New Cross location. She spent 90 minutes assessing our needs and trying us out on lots of different mattresses. She sprayed each with a disinfectant between use, so we felt well protected. Gina never once pushed us towards a particular mattress - we felt very comfortable to make our own decision at out own pace. Thanks Gina for helping us find our perfect first mattress.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistants at the store who helped choosing what we needed. Priority for us was to find the correct mattress. We were also looking for the bedframe and found the one we liked online (store had a good selection but didn't have that particular model). We also liked a Sofabed but unfortunately it's out of stock (assistant in the store helped to register interest for this model and order when it's back in stock)

I suffer with spinal osteoartheritis and spend long periods of time in bed. Gina in your New Cross Store ,was able to adress every need and reasure me of the choice I made I even purchased pillows! She made me feel confident enough to spend my money on a large purchase without worry can't wait for it too arrive!

Great customer service and helpful

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and approachable. Not pushy and gave us time to browse and try the mattresses. Helpful explanation of the different products based on our preferences. It was a very hot day and we were offered chilled bottles of water, which was much appreciated. Seemed like a nice , friendly and laid-back team at the store.
