Dalena assisted us at Dream New Cross and was fantastic. Super helpful, friendly, knowledgable. She tooks both of our mattress requirements and then showed us a range of options giving us plenty of time to try and try again till we settled on the right one.

The assistant gave us specific information and gave us time to try the beds, brought us refreshments and worked the payment process in a friendly way efficiently. The Covid protection and cleanliness in all these operations was top notch.

Lena was a wonderful help to me! She helped me choose a bed and mattress and it was really helpful as I was so unsure as to what I wanted. Social distancing measures were also in place and I felt really comfortable.
