Friendliness of sales person and thorough knowledge of the various product options available. Care and time taken to ensure our various needs were met.

The manager was good in high quality customers service assistant.

I was greeted really welcoming staff who were ready to help me find the right product for me. They gave me time to test out the products, providing suggestions, respecting my wishes and making sure I got what I wanted whilst providing me with information that was not confusing and actually helped with the decision on what product was best suited for me. Both members of staff that helped me were so friendly and were always listening. It made the experience so much easier.

I was very happy with the customer service provided at the store by Lena, she was very attentive with my needs and showed me the best products available. I will definitely recommend Dreams for others in the future 😉

Nandita was so warm and friendly and really showed care for our needs, she took time to explain to us and guided us well throughout store giving us plenty of time to experience mattresses.

I walked in and I was going to leave with a mattress. I was prepared to spend money on quality. Immediately one of your colleagues asked if I wanted help, and offered to use a system to help determine what they could show me. She was very new, still training so introduced me to a colleague. Your team couldn't have been funnier, friendlier and nicer. Super professional and helpful, and very patient as I went back from mattress to mattress. Casey and Lena served me. Then your team had fun chatting about Forest Gump, Sully and films. Made me laugh- if you haven't seen them, you need to. Honestly, you really did well on customer service - genuine and pleasant. Good work!

I was treated with respect and with transparency in explaining the details of the product. I was happy and relaxed throughout my visit to Dreams. A very nice cup of tea was offered.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful good range of products. Very happy with the dreams store in New Cross unfortunately I can say the same about the one in Greenwich lucky I gave it another try in new cross

(explain me, show me, offer me coffee, tea, water, recommend me top mattress, cover for mattress, pillows, offer me warranty, delivery, maintenance to fix my bed). Lady name is Nadiane.
