From the minute we walked in, the staff were so attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different staff members and every one was knowledgeable, kind, caring and funny. We weren't sure if we wanted to purchase on the day, but having all the information given to us and a personalised experienced made us feel so comfortable making that purchase with people we trusted. I want to thank everyone in the New Cross store for making it a wonderful experience. I would 100% shop with Dreams in the future.

Firstly it's slightly difficult given the restrictiveness of your survey to give relevant responses... for example while I am unlikely to visit the same store next time that is because I'm unlikely to be living near that store in 8 years time & has no reflection on the stor or the service. The service was very good however, Krispy was excellent & fully informed me of the best bed for my sleeping habits.

We were helped from the moment we entered the door. The sales assistants were really helpful, talking through the options best suited for me and my husband. I have hip issues and the assistants were extremely responsive to that and patient as I continual tried and retried mattresses until we settled on the perfect one. Furthermore, the continual spraying of antibacterial spray after trying each mattress was fantastic to see. We were also asked by different sales staff if we would like tea, coffee or water while we were being served.

The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely! Super helpful, gave me a good demonstration of the products.

Amazing assistance provided by Nandita. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our visit and when placing our order.
