The assistance I received from Ayse was exceptional, far and beyond what was expected - superb. She was courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and patient as it took me over an hour to make up my mind. She was very easy to talk to and so helpful. She is a credit to your company and hopefully will be rewarded for her service. Will definitely pass on her name to friends and family who visit your store. Absolutely outstanding.

Casey at the New Cross dreams was SO helpful. We recently moved to the UK from the US and she spent quite a while with us helping us find the best mattress for our price range (and figuring out the difference from US sizing to UK sizing!) I would 100% return to that Dreams and specifically seek out Casey again to assist me.

I was ordering a small double which is really hard to find but I had multiple options at Dreams all in my budget and the firmness I wanted.
